2. Handmade Products

All products are handmade in Bulgaria.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, shape, texture, or finish may occur. These are not defects but part of the uniqueness of handmade items.

3. Production Time

Unless otherwise stated, products are made to order.

Typical production time is 4 to 5 business days before shipping.

Large or custom orders may require additional production time.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Shipping times depend on the destination country and customs processing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Prices

All prices are listed in Euro (EUR).

Prices may change without prior notice but will never affect confirmed orders.

6. Payments

We securely accept payments through:

  • PayPal

We never store or have access to your credit card information.

7. Returns and Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs.

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
