Handmade Products
All products sold by BullterrierManiaShop are handmade.
Small variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom-made and personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Orders returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us.
We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your parcel.
Refunds
